LIGHTS
We both have the Petzl Myo3 head lights. We can use these when we're camping or need to cycle in the dark. The great advantage of a head light is that we have our hands free and the light shines where we are looking. The Myo3 is a head light with two types of lamps. One is the halogen lamp for the bright light. The other are three led lights that are energy saving and give enough light for normal use around the tent.

BOOKS & MAPS
We always have a book with us to relax in the evening. Normally we find a shop where we can swap our books for a new one. When this doesn’t work we ask other travelers we meet. Maps are important for us as cyclists and we always carry them with us. We don’t carry maps for every country on our route. Normally we buy the maps for a new country in the country we’re before entering. We like to cycle on a small scale so we can see the smaller roads as well. But sometimes we need to cycle on a big scaled map.

CLOTHING
We don’t carry a lot of clothes with us and definitely not some special things. On the road we buy new clothes regularly like shirts and pants. What we like very much is our reflection jacket we use for cycling in the dark.
